We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings. We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion.
Drop-off times will be agreed at the time of booking. We ask that you collect your dog at the agreed pick-up time. Extended boarding may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse service or stop a grooming session if we reasonably believe it poses a risk to the animal's welfare or the safety of our staff.
Severely matted coats may require close clipping to humanely remove the mats. Attempting to brush out tight mats is painful and causes unnecessary stress. In such cases, we will contact you before proceeding with any significant coat changes if time permits.
We are not liable for changes in coat appearance that result from humane treatment of matted or severely tangled fur. Proper home maintenance between appointments is the client's responsibility.
Grooming can be physically and emotionally tiring for older dogs and those with underlying health conditions. We take particular care with senior dogs and those identified as having special needs, adapting our approach to keep them as comfortable as possible.
However, grooming may occasionally reveal or exacerbate pre-existing conditions that are not visible before the session. In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly and, where necessary, recommend a veterinary consultation. We are not liable for conditions that arise from or are worsened by a pre-existing health issue.
In the event of a medical emergency involving your dog during a grooming appointment, we will attempt to contact you immediately using the contact information you have provided. If you cannot be reached and we believe veterinary attention is required, we will take your dog to the nearest available veterinary clinic. Any resulting veterinary costs are the responsibility of the dog's owner.
By booking an appointment with us, you authorize us to seek emergency veterinary care for your dog if we reasonably determine it is necessary and we are unable to reach you in time.
Service pricing is provided as a general guide. Final pricing is determined at or before the grooming session based on the dog's size, coat condition, and the specific services requested. We will inform you of any price adjustments before proceeding with additional work.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept methods of payment as posted in our salon. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet, accidents can occur in any professional environment. Our liability to you is limited to the value of the grooming services provided in the relevant appointment.
